From an engineering perspective, Revolt Motors has made a massive shift in how the RVX delivers torque. Riding Modes & The 90 kmph Boost Mode
Electric bikes map their throttle response digitally. To give riders maximum control over their battery consumption versus performance, the RVX comes mapped with five distinct driving states: Eco, City, Sport, Boost, and a handy Reverse mode.
The most talked-about feature is the new Boost Mode. When engaged, the controller unleashes the motor’s full 5.3 kW peak power, pushing the bike to a top speed of 90 kmph. While you will not use this mode in heavy traffic, it provides the necessary top-end pull required for confident overtakes on open city highways. Conversely, dropping the bike into Eco or City mode will limit your top speed (to roughly 50 kmph and 65 kmph respectively) but will massively preserve your battery charge.
